Please give a little something to help the family with Leeanne's last road trip home and the big celebration of her life on Friday 12 Feb. Donations will go towards transport costs, venue hire, catering and anything else that is needed to make her send-off the party she wanted it to be. Anything left over will go to the boys and Alan in her memory.

My sister-in-law Leeanne was an inspiration to me and everyone else who met her. She wasn't rich or famous (except in Murchison!) but she could light up a room with her smile and sense of humour. She taught us all how to live the best life we could, one day at a time.

I'd like to give those of us who were blessed to know her the opportunity to give a little back, to help out "her boys", who were the most important people in the world to her.

Hold your fire!  10 February 2016

The family have requested that we hold off on accepting any more donations for now. The extent of the generosity so far is overwhelming, and we might just have gotten a bit more than will be needed, as the family has been preparing for a while. I know that it feels like it's a good way to show love and support, but for now your love and hugs are enough!

I'll keep you all posted if the situation changes.

Jeez, offline for a week and she buggers off! Sorry we have lost Leanne. Huge virtual hugs to family and friends, I will miss her cool posts and wonderful smile. What a bummer. She will be up there keeping vigil for her boys, watch out for little bits of magic like extra shooting stars and rainbows.. may good luck be yours forever now after losing your Mum. xx
