My name is John Adams. I started the Legends Life Stories podcast to share real stories that open hearts and minds, giving me the insight I need to grow as an empathetic life coach. Along the way, I’ve given my time freely to help others, and I’ve discovered something powerful: so many people have lost hope and inspiration.

I’m walking the length of New Zealand with a mix of road walking and parts of the Te araroa trail, to prove it’s never too late to chase your dreams. Every step is a message of resilience, kindness, and belief that change is possible.
