Papamoa Beach, Papamoa

Dear friends and compassionate hearts,

I'm reaching out with a vulnerable plea during a challenging chapter in our lives. My wife has been battling the rare and formidable Lemierre Syndrome, which landed her in the hospital for a week. This relentless illness also brought pneumonia into the picture, making her journey to recovery even more arduous.

As my wife bravely faces the physical and emotional toll of this rare disease, our family has encountered unforeseen financial strain. With her unable to work due to ongoing treatment and my commitment to care for her and our two children, the burden has become overwhelming. Each passing day presents new challenges, both medically and personally.

We find ourselves in a moment where we must humbly ask for your support. The loss of income during this critical period has created a storm of uncertainty. We are navigating uncharted waters, and the weight of this situation has been incredibly heavy on our shoulders.

Your kindness and generosity could make a world of difference for our family during this trying time. Every contribution, no matter how small, is a beacon of hope that guides us through the darkness of uncertainty. Your support will not only aid in my wife's recovery but will also help us navigate the practical aspects of daily life during this challenging period.

Thank you!!!

Your empathy and support mean the world to us, reminding us that in adversity, a caring community makes a difference.

With gratitude,

Diogo Santos
