Let's get Jessica-May to NYC, Ailey School of Dance
Let's help get this young NZ dance artist, Jessica-May, to the Alvin Ailey Summer School in NYC!

My eldest daughter Jessica-May who is 15 and currently attending Canterbury Ballet on a pre-professional training course has achieved something that not many Kiwis ever have! She has successfully auditioned for the Alvin Ailey Summer 4 week Intensive Summer School in NYC starting mid June 2022. https://www.alvinailey.org/school. There is only an 18% acceptance rate to attend the course, so the kid did well!
Currently, it is her ambition to attend Alvin Ailey full time once she has completed her NCA's in NZ, so the opportunity to get in front of the faculty and make an impression is huge! She has massive dreams and we hope to help her achieve all that she is capable of.
There is obviously a cost to this and we are looking for sponsors who are willing to help this young NZ artist attend the Alvin Ailey School in NYC.

I did Porirua proud in the Big Apple 1 September 2022
I just want to say a huge thank you for your support and to pass on that I did Porirua proud at the Ailey Summer Intensive.
I was one of six students selected to help choreograph the end of intensive showing for family and teachers. ❤️
Thanks again for helping me with this trip, what it has proved to me is that attending the Ailey School full time when I'm 18 is definitely an achievable goal💪
