Lets help Amelia get to England !!!

Amelia Quinn has been invited to train in Artistic Gymnastics in England with Olympic Medal winning coaches. This trip will be a life time experience for her. There are only a few girls from her club who have been invited to travel to Essex for 2 weeks in December. This is so exciting.

Amelia has been training incredibly hard over the past 3 years with her coach here in Christchurch, up to 16 hours a week. All this work is now paying off big time.

This current season Amelia set a goal of standing on the podium at one of the 6 competition she has entered. Now only 3 competitions through, she has not only achieved her goal but smashed it out of the park by being on the podium in all 3 comps.

Queens birthday weekend at CSG, 2nd on Floor and 2nd overall Step 4 overs

CSG Classic 3rd overall, 1st on Bar and 2nd in the team event.

Top of the South Nelson Classic, 1st on Bar and Vault, 3rd on beam and floor, 2nd overall and 2nd team event.

These results have blown us away and we are incredibly proud parents.

We would love to get Amelia to England to train and improve her gymnastics skills even more. However this is a huge cost for us so Im setting up this page on behalf of Amelia incase any friends or family would like to contribute.
