Let's help Colleen to continue to fight this Cancer.

Colleen was first diagnosed with Bowel Cancer back in August 2019 and since then has discovered that it has spread to her lungs and liver. She has bravely and gracefully endured many radio therapy treatments, surgeries and chemo therapy sessions.

We all want to help and it can be so darn frustrating not knowing how. So this page has been setup so we can all help to fight for Colleen !

We all love this amazing and beautiful lady. So moving forward Colleen and Dave need all of our help to fund the ongoing costs to continue to beat this. As sadly our government still doesn't fund the majority of treatments available.

From Colleen:

I have been on my final govt funded chemo for a few months now and it has been holding my cancer at bay but unfortunately that has now stopped working. I have 2 new tumors in my liver and the 1 that has been there has grown. The 4 tumors in my lungs have not changed and the tiny one near my heart in the lymph node has not changed either. Sadly because of the growth in my liver....the chemo is now not an option and there is no more to be given. Its now onto unfunded alternate medicine to try and give me a healthier and greater chance of prolonging my life. It's a bit scary leaving my medical team that have been so amazing but I understand that they cant do any more right now. My lovely oncologist is looking into a new trial coming up for bowel cancer but we need to a lot of research for that to be an option. My new treatment I have looked into is mistletoe injections which can be found on Google and sounds like a great option in the meantime and done thru a local doctor here so will be starting this asap.

Lets all dig deep to help our amazing freinds that we love deeply. Remember ever little bit does help.
