Please help raise the funds to pay for Martins Cancer treatment. Every little bit helps

Martin is known throughout the world in the ballet circles and coaches students to an international level, preparing them for full time training and competitions throught the world. He is originally from Christchurch, New Zealand and currently spends his time between New Zealand and Australia. He was in Australia when Covid hit and all his income dried up.
Our dear Martin is not well, he has been diagnosed with Hypopharynx Cancer (T3 N3b). He has already undergone a whole lot of tests and is now facing Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy which is scheduled to start on 2nd November 2020. He is also facing reconstructive dentistry as a result of this. But because of not being able to teach ballet due to covid he does not have the means to fund this.
This is where I thought we could all help, we have all been inspired, taught by, friends with, worked with Martin, he is always the first to help us all. Please help him by donating something to help with the costs so that he can focus on getting better and beating this cancer

Use of funds
The money will put towards the initial tests and the start of the treatment which starts 4th November 2020.
At this stage we are unsure as to whether he will get any funding under the NZ Public Health system due to him being out of the country
