Nic Coleman has spent his career as a service manager, standing alongside people with intellectual disabilities - many with high and complex needs. He’s been a quiet champion for those who often go unheard, always showing up with compassion, strength, and unwavering dedication.

As his colleagues, we’ve seen firsthand the difference Nic makes. He’s not just good at his job - he’s deeply good. Kind, humble, and fiercely protective of the vulnerable.

Recently, Nic received the devastating diagnosis of Motor Neuron Disease. He’s young, newly married to his beautiful wife Tanu, and now facing a future filled with uncertainty. Unable to continue working, Nic is navigating this new reality with courage and grace.

We want to help Nic and Tanu create space to be together - time to make memories, to laugh, to love, and to simply be. Financial support would ease some of the pressure and allow them to focus on what truly matters.
