Kia Ora family, friends, and folks. My name is Elijah. I am an autistic trans-masc soul looking to create a body and life that will be wonderful and accurate to my inner truth. My entire life has been one of alienation and anxiety because of my body. Coming out has changed my life for the better. The more care and support I receive, the more I understand who I really am. I am going to be getting top surgery in Thailand. I have a confirmed date of 16th November, 2026, and I will be sharing monthly updates on the process on my substack.
The surgery is $16,000NZD. I plan to raise the money for flights and accommodation myself, and will be using personal funds to complete any money not raised. I am a Master's student, and am hard at work trying to change my life.

Use of funds
As on my hospital invoice: Mastectomy with double incision scar with nipple graft; 2 Thai psychiatrist letters; Laboratory Tests, Chest X-Ray, ECG, Pre-admission, etc.; Hotel Accommodation (1person for 14 nights).

An updated quote from the surgeon has raised the price to $16000. To accommodate this, the surgery date has been delayed to 16th November, 2026. I am very sad about this, but this should be the one and only change.
