Life is not fair! Fleur in Palliative Care & Teia needs your support!

My sister-inlaw, Fleur lost her partner to suicide 8 months ago. Fleur was diagnosed with throat cancer 6 years ago, but managed to fight it. However, it has come back with vengeance and just 3 weeks ago Fleur was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This round of cancer has hit her hard and she now only has hours or a couple of days to live. This has been a terrible shock for her 18 year old daughter Teia as this has come unexpected and she suddenly has to pick up from where her mother has left off, with paying the bills, running the house, caring for all the animals and now the funeral arrangements and cost. Losing both her Dad & her mother in an 8 month period, is too much to bear and is not an expected situation for any 18 year old.

We can get a little assistance from the government for some of the funeral costs, but it won't be enough, so we are asking if you can spare a donation to help Teia at this difficult time, so she can concentrate on the very little time she has left with her Mum and not the impending funeral costs.

Teia will also need assistance with the house which is in a state of repair and we expect this will be ongoing, but if we can at least brighten the place up with a fresh coat of paint to help lift her mood, that is also in the plan.
