Life saving surgery for my 4 year old girl Tina

Tina is a Bull Mastiff Rottweiler X and is my everything. She has been and still is instrumental in helping me navigate through the aftermath of my mothers passing last April.

Out of no where she went off her food then couldn't wee or poo. After several local Vet visits then a rush trip to the emergency specialist vets in Auckland ARC - 24 hours of ARC stabilising her it has been found Tina has a serious antibiotic resistant Infection of the Horn of the uterus. There is a pocket at the horn of the uterus and another in her vagina. When they catheterised her a massive 800mls of urine came out (my vet got to get 600mls out prior to going using a needle into her bladder as unable to catheter her). After investigating the lower mass, it unexpectedly burst releasing 1.5litres of fluid/pus etc. Long story short, I've spent $10k getting this far, its everything I have and have been able to get together myself. I've exhausted all other avenues. Tina needs urgent surgery to remove all the diseased and infected tissue at a further cost of between 8.5 and 9.5k. She has been on a double dose of high strength antibiotics to hold the infection at bay costing $250 a fortnight. This type of infection quickly figures out how to get round the treatment at which point I will have no option but to put her to sleep without surgery.
