Lilybud's Vet Bill

My dear friend Suzi’s precious rescue cat and constant companion, Lilybud, crossed the rainbow bridge recently. Sadly, Lilybud was bitten badly by another cat. The poor wee thing was taken to the vet, had an urgent operation the next day, and needed to stay in at the vets on and off over a number of days. Sadly, Lilybud deteriorated to the point where Suzi had to make the very difficult decision to have her put to sleep. This has incurred a vet bill plus expenses of at least $1,500. for all of Lilybuds treatments during this time.

Suzi suffers from the highly debilitating condition Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), which leaves her unable to work or do many of life’s everyday things. She is now not only grieving the loss of her beloved feline companion but is also extremely anxious as to how to pay this sizeable vet bill.

If you are in any position to help towards this huge financial burden for Suzi, she would be so very grateful. She is such an incredible person who, when able, has contributed to her community in so many ways. She also ran the local CFS/Fibromyalgia Face book page for many years, takes a real interest in people, and is so kind and supportive to other CFS sufferers. The loss of her feline companion and the financial burden this has left her with are a great deal to handle.
