Little Ted came early at 31 weeks & 4 days & needs to be in NICU. We'd like to raise money so Ted can have both his Mum & Dad with him ❤

Chloe and Luke have just welcomed their baby boy Ted 💙 into the world. Little Ted couldn't wait to meet his wonderful parents and arrived at 31 weeks and 4 days. Ted is doing well but currently needs to be in NICU which is an hour and a half from their home. Chloe is staying with Ted but Luke has had to return to work to keep paying the bills.
I know Chloe (who is from England and has none of her family here) has family and friends all around the world 🌎 who are probably feeling a little helpless right now and wanting to be here for this beautiful new family of three 👨👩👦 (and their two pups 🐶🐶). So myself and Chloe's work family thought we would set up this page so that everyone can donate what they can so that Luke can spend a little more time with his wife and baby boy during these first delicate weeks of his life without so much financial stress.
This is such a precious time, Chloe, Luke and little Ted need to be together ❤
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Sincerely Sam and Chloe's Pohutukawa work whānau 🥰
I work with the beautiful new Mum (Chloe) to Ted and wife to Luke. Chloe is an amazing Early Childhood Educator.
To support finances so that Little Ted can have both his Mum & Dad with him while he is in NICU.
A message from Chloe & Luke 😊 9 June 2021
Hello friends,
First of all I’d like to take a moment to thank you all for your kindness and words of support and love. We are so humbled and lucky to have such amazing people in our lives; I can’t wait to tell Ted all about the kindness shown when he arrived into the world.
Ted is doing so well and has taught us so much in the (almost) week he’s been with us. He is a strong wee guy who fights with all his might every day. He came off CPAP over the weekend and is on Optiflow now to help take some pressure off his lungs. He is on a low setting and surprising the doctors everyday with his strength and determination. Hopefully tomorrow he can have his IV removed too.
We are working on getting enough milk into him so he can remain the strong little man he is - he’s a bit of a porker!!
We are taking each day as it comes and not placing any expectations on him - although he surpasses them each day!
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, hopefully we’ll be home soon.
Love Chloe, Luke and little Ted 🐻❤️
