Living With Scrotal Lymphoedema

My name is Kyle. I was diagnosed with Scrotal Lymphoedema in August 2022 (but had the condition for 12 months undiagnosed), after months of GP appointments, urologist and and MRI my case was referred to plastic surgery in Wellington for a full reconstruction of my scrotum and penis, this of course was declined on the 21st of November 2022, my research for a plastic surgeon in NZ had been thus far unsuccessful, I am currently looking to have the operation done abroad, the cost for the operation (ball park figure) is $8,000P/H. I'm not on any medication or pain relief (none has been offered)

UPDATE

I've been in touch with the Urologist, who wanted to discuss the results of the declined surgery. They have said its due to be being 205kg/452lbs. I weighed myself while consulting with a dietitian yesterday 14/12/2022 and am currently 199kg/438lbs.The goal weight, in order for the surgery to take place is 180kg/396lbs, I've got 12 months to achieve this goal.

I never wanted to ask for help as it doesn't feel right, but a lot of people have asked me to start this up so here we are. Thanks for taking the time out to pop in.
