My beautiful friend Liv who is 11 has spastic diplegic cerabal palsy. She has been given an opportunity to have life changing surgery. This surgery only takes place in St Louis in the U.S.A by Dr Park. It will enable Liv to walk with crutches improve her sitting and standing posture and to give overall a whole new quality to her life! We would appreciate any donations small or large towards this amazing journey.

We are so blown away by all the support from so many diffferent communities amazing! Already we are half way to our target and so far the money raised has helped to pay off flights and contributed to the big surgery bill! You've never met me, Liv, but I'm about your 3rd cousin and I knew your mum when she was a little girl. You have a lot of spirit and are very brave and I'm so pleased the operation was successful.
