    To you the wonderful , kind friends who gave me the help that has allowed me life without constant pain .

    I am finally feeling at one with my newly surfaced hip and so very grateful

    My surgery is next Weds Dec the 6th and your kindness has allowed me a sense of security for the period of time I am in recovery as I will not be able to teach for a short while .

    I’m grateful for this opportunity to regain a pain free life and continue to do what I love most , dance and share that through teaching.
