Emergency Aid, Ratni is Hungry & in Pain, $60 per month payments will significantly improve her comfort.
Nationwide
Hi, Peter Honey is my name & I am a Kiwi who has discovered a situation while doing environmental work in Lombok, NO ONE was going to the assistance of severely sick, disabled & even dying children in remote Lombok, Indonesia.
THIS PROJECT: Ratni is Hungry & in Pain - $60 per month payments will significantly improve her comfort. We are also presently working on ways to help Ratni get into the Bali Hospital & funds may be also used on transport to get her there.
WHY: Walking away was not an option & in 11 months we have sparked an Emergency Aid Organisation; 'Lombok Forgotten Children & Endri Foundation’ which empowers local man Endri & his volunteers to help local people. We are now, a light weight - heavy hitting front line team, we achieve huge things with small money, I work totally for FREE & Endri gets $50 per week wages which we have a separate sponsor for.
IF YOU GOAL IS FOR YOUR CHARITABLE MONEY to do the greatest amount of good for some of the planets most poorest, most deserving sick children, then it is my pleasure to ensure 100% of your donation does this. I believe our small organisation is un matched in its ability to make your donation money do the greatest amount of good, donations change lives & in some cases ensure a parent can at least afford pain medicine for their dying children.
OUR PRIMARY MISSION is simple: 'NO LOMBOK SICK CHILD /VILLAGER SHOULD DIE HUNGRY OR IN PAIN’ At eleven months old from start up we have managed to 'CONNECT’ Children, mothers & fathers to hundreds of thousands of dollars of aid, surgeries, prosthetic legs, arms, blind surgeries, food aid & more.
Thank you so much for your donation
Kind regards Peter Honey, Endri Susanto.
PS For project transparency & to follow the story, I keep regular project updates on facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/275587102623725/
I am involved because I am the start up founding partner of the 'Lombok Forgotten Children’ project together with co founder & Local man Endri Susanto. I believe it is important to help people so they can help themselves.
UPDATE & BIG THANK YOU: from Ibu Ratna & her family :) 25 August 2015
Brief Update ... Endri has just sent me this photo by face book ... he has organise & visited Ibu Ratna, Food and money in 2 separate occasions have been given, she is very very grateful and our help is pretty much all she is receiving apart from family support - also the family still prefers no hospital intervention at this stage.
Ibu Ratni lives near the top of Mt Rinjani a remote and very poor location.
A third visit is soon planned.
