Commemorating Methodist Minister Siosifa Tuuhoko Pole
Nationwide
After an unexpected 2-3 month battle with cancer, Siosifa Tuuhoko Pole was called back to our Maker this past weekend. He leaves behind his wife Naomi Pole, 2 sons Solomone & Sekonaia Pole, and 2 young daughters Kakala and Naomi sii Pole.
Siosifa Pole started his ministry journey here in Aotearoa NZ at Bible College of NZ (now known as Laidlaw College) in the late 80’s and early 90’s completing his theological studies to progress onto becoming a minister in multiple methodist churches over his 25 plus year tenure. He tirelessly served not only the church community but also the Māori and Pasifika communities. He passionately contributed to all University and general youth initiatives because he believed in unlocking our youth potential in leading for a better tomorrow. He is sadly missed by so many especially in Auckland and Dunedin where he was called to serve the majority of his ministry. He will continue to live on in our memories.
If you would like to give a monetary gift to the grieving family please donate on here.
I am the niece of Siosifa Pole who raised me like his own daughter.
All funds will go to the widow and family for any outstanding funeral costs and recovery for the new norm of life.
