Lost my legs and need your help.

  • Assistance with legal Representation with ACC

    Although ACC found in my favor after their 9 month review of my case they are now holding back on what they will help with. I was advised I would need legal assistance (even though ACC found in my favor) and that is going to cost quite a bit of money, any assistance you can off would be gratefully accepted and appreciated. This is just not fair!

      Again ACC have declined my claim. I would love your help in hiring a lawyer as I can no longer fight them alone. Please share this far and wide, I have to beat them, this is so terribly wrong and I have to win this. Thank you for all of your support so far. Linda

  • Start of 2023 and another surgery

    Sadly Linda has now lost her left leg as well as her right. This unacceptable and mostly avoidable situation has had a devastating effect on Linda and the family. Linda has chosen to speak out on what has happened to her so others have a voice and feel OK about speaking out when they do not get the care they expected. Thank you all for the support you have shown her, please feel free to share the link and help Linda try to have a normal life. Thank You.

  • 2023 will be Linda's year!

    To try and fix the mess Vascular left Linda with they did a bone graft and Arterial graft in Oct 2022. In December it was decided the bone graft was not working due to failed blood vessels and they removed half of Linda's left leg. Still she smiled, she was alive. The day after this amputation Linda needed blood and became extremely unwell, causing her heart to have issues from the shock and stress her body was in. The hospital have apologized for getting things wrong and causing Linda further harm and distress. ACC have been kind enough to reimburse the ramp build. We are currently awaiting assessments for vehicle assistance, housing alterations and payment for Linda's original loss of leg due to negligence. Linda is a strong fighter and is showing us every day what life means.
