Please Help

Hi all my name is Julie. I have been working for myself running juliz cleaning for 5 year with 30 house to clean. When covid hit us. I. Lost 15 clients. But I still went on cleaning house that I had left. Last year my mumgot very unwell and ended up in hospital. The doctor said that she was not going to make it so I stay by her bed side holding her head for 4 weeks until she pass away. Sadly I lost all my house to clean. Just on my last clean I had a injury on my hand. That made me not been able to work. I went to my Doctors and she has put me off work for 1 year and 3 months. I have been to work and income and they can not help me. So I went back to my Doctors and she filled out a acc from for me .it has been 4 week now with no income and acc are looking like they are not going to pay out on my hand. About 30 year ago my hand went through a window that cut my arteries and nerves and attendance. I am lucky to be alive today. Acc are well aware of my injury and the affect that it has on my arm and hand. So if you can help me I would be for ever grateful 🙏
