My rescue cat Leo needs urgent dental surgery, but as a full-time nursing student, I can’t afford it any help would mean the world to us.
Nelson / Tasman
Four years ago, I met the most special cat in the most unexpected way. He was a stray, brought to the vet to be euthanized simply because he had no home, so I adopted him, and Leo has been my best little companion ever since.
He is the most playful, loving, and mischievous cat. He loves chasing toys and curling up next to me after a long day, and he is very talkative, especially when he wants food. But right now, he’s in pain. He has a dental disease that requires urgent treatment, including the removal of some teeth. I can tell he's uncomfortable—he eats slower, plays less, and just not like himself anymore. It breaks my heart.
As a full-time nursing student, I’m doing my best, but I simply don’t have the funds to cover this unexpected vet bill. I’ve always done everything I can to give him the life he deserves, and now, I need a little help to make sure he stays healthy and happy.
If you can contribute, even just a little, it would mean the world to us. Thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping me give my sweet boy the care he needs.
The money will go toward Leo’s dental surgery, including tooth extractions, medication, and vet care to relieve his pain and improve his health.
