My furbaby lucifer was hit by a car and I need help with his vet bills please!
Wellington
My fur baby Lucifer was hit by a car today.
I could hear him crying and it took me almost an hour to find him hiding underneath the neighbour's deck and to coax him out.
He is such a happy, friendly cuddly lap cat who likes to be held like a baby and have his belly rubbed.
The bill today so far in approx 2 hours has already reached $800 and its only going to go higher with each day he is in the vet hospital.
He is still with the vets and he will be having surgery today 02.07.2021. Surgery is expected to be 2.5k so his vet bill will be more then the amount we are aiming for. Every little bit counts and helps and we appreciate the support!
Lucifer is home!!! his vet bill was a little over 2k. So far we have spent $2.8k on our baby boy. But we aren't out of the woods yet. Over the next 5 weeks he will need vet visits and medication etc.
Please share this page far and wide! #teamlucifer #cratelife
Money will be put onto Lucifers vet bill and any surplus will stay there for any future appointments he will need at Petvet Silverstream.
Lucifer's new found freedom 9 September 2021
Lucifer is doing really well! He is now out of the crate 80% of the time within the house for the next few weeks. He hangs around the front door often trying to escape! We have taken him on a few walks outside with a harness and easy which he enjoys flopping down in the grass in the sunshine.
Hes a very purry lap cat and loves that he can sleep in our bed again. We are so close to our goal of 3000!!!! Thank you everyone for support us on this road to recovery!
Thank you so much!
