Lung Transplant Is Urgently Needed For My Niece. Please Help!

Hello, my name is Rakesh R., and I am raising funds for Lung Transplantation Operation for my niece. I started this fundraiser to help my niece, Swathy Gopi (age 19), get treatment worth Rs. 50,00,000. It has been more than 6 years since he suffered from bilateral bullous lung disease. She underwent 2 major surgeries and a keyhole surgery in Aster Medical City, Kochi, Kerala. Currently, she is living with oxygen support and doctors suggested that lung transplantation is the only option for her to return to a normal life.

Since Swathy's mother is covered under ESI insurance, we hope all the operating costs will be covered under ESI, and the family has already submitted all required documents for approval. However, post-op costs are extremely high (estimated at 50-70 lakhs), and Swathy's family will be unable to cover them. Swathy is a second-year BSc Zoology student at St. Thomas College, Thrissur, Kerala. Our close ones have tried to help as much as possible but are unable to pay this huge amount.
