"Macbeth, INC." is an adaptation and reimagining of William's Shakespeare's classic tragedy "Macbeth", debuting this May at The Factory Theatre in Onehunga.

As the top in-house lawyer and second-in-command of Dunsinane Incorporated, Macbeth maintains a very good lifestyle - but it could always be better. Spurred on by a mysterious trio of employees, as well as his ever-dutiful but ambitious secretary, Macbeth seizes power in the company through less civilised means. The trouble with power in the corporate world, however, is that once you have it, it can be bloody difficult to keep.

Directed by Nat Dolan and Mikaela Stroud in collaboration with Itchy Apteryx LTD, this production brings Shakespeare’s classic Scottish tragedy to the glitz and glamour of 90’s Wall Street - dark, gory, and uncomfortably relevant, see the way that power corrupts, through a new point of view.
