Mother and daughter’s lasting shared dream for Saphira to become a professional equestrian.
Auckland
It has been a roller coaster ride for Saphira over the last 18 months journeying with her beloved mother Caroline Robinson, whom was diagnosed with cancer in June 2019 and passed away in May of this year.
Caroline, renowned artist and regenerative practitioner loved her daughter immensely and held a dream for her to be an equestrian. Since Saphira was a child she LOVED all things horses and so Caroline worked hard to give her daughter the horse experience she once had as a girl. Caroline invested her time and resources into their shared passion for horses and managed to save enough to buy Whisky in 2020. Now that Caroline's life has been cut short it is so important that Saphira has her horse Whisky to pour her love and attention into and realise her and her mother’s dream, to be a professional equestrian!
Stefanie, Caroline's sister has moved to NZ from Melbourne to be Saphira’s matriachal guardian [she is the most wonderful woman] and they rent a flat overlooking the paddock where Whisky grazes with his horse friends.
The guardians of the land have supported Saphira to have her horse and made available their horse float until we gather the necessary money to help make their dream become a reality.
There is a wide net of wonderful caring family and friends around Saphira rich in love and creativity but this family isn't financially resourced and need help to realise Saphira and her mother’s dream.
We are creating a ‘HORSE FUND’ for Saphira to pay for her horse expenses including lessons, food, competition expenses, horse maintenance, equestrian gear and the big dream - a 'horse truck' to travel around NZ to events. The horse truck is part of the larger vision that will enable Saphira her independence as she sets her sites on 'Horse of the Year' competitions and full immersion into the equestrian world.
The truck is a big investment and it is important that it is good quality, it will have sleeping quarters and basic cooking facilities as well as the horse compartment.
Stephanie will be the truck driver until Saphira grows up and has her license, all in good time.
Being a 13 year old girl there is no better way to feel empowered right now than to be with her horse and focus on her shared dream!
Thank you for supporting Saphira and Caroline’s dream.

I am an old friend of Caroline's and one of Saphira's aunties, there is a bunch of us around her.
We need money to pay for horse lessons, horse food, competition expenses, horse maintainance, equestrian gear and very importantly a horse TRUCK to travel around NZ to events.
