Make Stephen's Dream Come True

After much thought and consideration, we have decided to cancel Stephen from Dunedin’s trip to LA for now. While this wasn’t an easy choice, we feel it’s the right one given the devastating wildfires affecting the region. Our hearts go out to everyone in LA and across California who are experiencing loss and hardship during this time.

We plan to reschedule the trip later in the year, once the NBA season starts up again. Stephen is still so excited about this dream, and we’re looking forward to making it happen when the timing feels right.

Dom and I have made a donation to the American Red Cross, who are working tirelessly on the ground to support those impacted by the wildfires.

We are grateful to Hawaiian Airlines for refunding our flights and to our travel insurance policy which will help us recover most of the other pre-paid expenses.

To everyone who contributed to this trip and supported Stephen’s dream, we can’t thank you enough for your kindness and generosity. Rest assured, the funds raised will still go toward making his trip unforgettable when the time comes. We will keep you up to date on this.
