Fundraising money for melanoma research and chopping our manes for cancer patient wigs
Nationwide
In memory of my step-father Marc Foreman who passed away 6/5/13 of melanoma, my beautiful mother--Brigette, aunt--Hilary and I are raising money for melanoma research!
Unfortunately none of the treatments could help Marc but we are hoping this money raised can help create a cure for the awful cancer.
I will be chopping my lustrous mane and opting for a shorter do for the first time in my life! Brigette will also be going under the scissors and cutting her luscious locks. Hilary will be chopping her gorgeous curls up in Wellington.
All my hair will go towards making wigs for people struggling with hair-loss due to cancer and 100% of funds donated will go directly to the Melanoma Institute of New Zealand.
Please donate whatever you can spare!
The mane chopping will take place shortly after 6th August to coincide with the anniversary of Marc's death so please donate before then. I will leave donations open for a week after for those needing more time to scrape together some coins.
Don't forget to slip, slop, slap and wrap and keep an eye on those moles!
Love
Minke, Brigette and Hilary xxxx
