I would love to raise money to help get my dad back on his feet after so terribly being torn down in such a dreadful incident

Nelson / Tasman

On june 3rd in the early hours a vehicle came speeding and hit Manu's car and flying into his bedroom, where he was asleep, which pinned him against the wall. Luckily Manu escaped serious injury and his 13 year daughter was staying at her mothers at the time.

Unfortunately the crash destroyed everything Manu had worked hard for including writing off his car which smashed into the garage with his motorbike and other belongings in it, it destroyed his bed he recently brought, t.v, his daughters room was shaken up and she lost some of her things too.

Manu is the sole carer of his daughter and works hard to support them both and now everything has been stripped away within a moment.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
