Hello I'm Mason and I was born with a very rare condition called Treacher Collins Syndrome, I'm 8 years old and I live in Nelson I'm the only one in Nelson to have Treacher Collins Syndrome so I'm extra special, I have spent most of my life in Hospital my Mummy and I have to go to wellington as with my condition I can only have surgeries in the big hospitals and I've had alot of surgeries as Treacher Collins Syndrome affects my face and Airways I also have hearing aids implanted in my head and a feeding tube in my tummy called a mickey button.

I would love to be able to take Mason over to Australia to the theme parks which would be Mason's first trip overseas and if that is not possible a holiday in New Zealand.
