Help give a family the same opportunity you had at Matahui School!

At Matahui School we are very proud of our record in developing confident, capable learners. We take great pride in our caring community spirit, challenging educational programme (both within and outside the classroom), and small class sizes. These elements combine to deliver students bound for secondary school who are well rounded, know themselves as learners and are confident, happy and self-assured. As a result they go on to do great things at college and beyond.

As an independent school, we get very little government funding. This means that we need to collect fees from the families in our community. We are acutely aware that sending children to our school for some families is a commitment to values that they feel are important for their children, and for some families it's just not possible. For several years now we have offered a Scholarship program for families with children who would especially benefit from a Matahui experience, but for whom the full financial commitment is not a possibility.

We are reaching out to our alumni and the wider community to ask if you'll help fund this Scholarship program. We know you will have many awesome memories of your time at Matahui and we hope you'll consider making a financial contribution towards enabling other families to have that same opportunity.
