Little stuck and needing help

Car at start of the year had issues went in for quote had work done and wof done .. sadly ofter work was paid for mechanic found out head gasket needed repair and un save to use this was in February with no way of paying more and been declined for any loans iv applied for it is still sitting at the mechanic .feeling lost and unable to see how I can get help I thought I would give this a try .thank you for reading.
If full amount not raised total will still go to mechanic to go towards fixing

Checked around and still being denied for anything iv applied for and no leniency from mechanic that I understand from people not paying accounts has made it like that now days .so any help with go along way for me getting my car fixed and back.
