Medical Fund for Dad's Open Heart Surgery
Raising medical funds for my father's heart bypass operation.

Last 28th April 2017, my dad (Roberto Bermillo) was rushed to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Angeles City Pampanga, PH due to severe chest pain.
He was confined for 4 days at the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for monitoring until we received the doctor's advise that he needed to go for Angiogram procedure to better check where the chest pain is coming from. His 2D echo test could not suffice to learn his heart condition also. So on 2nd of May 2017, my dad's cardiologist sent an order that we must bring his patient (dad) to another hospital (Philippine Heart Center in Manila) where he would do the Angiogram test. Dad had his angiogram test this 3rd of May 2017.
In that Angiogram, the doctors found out that he immediately need to go through Heart Bypass Surgery. His left and right arteries are mostly clogged and need the bypass operation ASAP to avoid heart strokes. Like you, we also love to save our dad's life so we our humbly asking for some monetary help. My dad's surgery is scheduled this week, around Wednesday 10th May 2017. The hospital is asking us for a downpayment of 550 thousand pesos (more or less 12,000 USD) for this procedure alone.

Yesterday, doctor advised us that my father is all right to go home. My father already got home last night and still recovering to the operation wounds.
