Thank you for helping us reach every GP practice/medical centre in the country.

Our original goal was to raise enough money to buy enough stamps to send posters about menopause/ruahinetanga to GP practices/medical centres in Auckland and Wellington. Thanks to you, we've raised enough funds to reach every practice (1,000) in the country.

We have started to be sent pictures of the posters up on clinic walls across the motu! If you spot one, please take a photo and send it to us at menopausemattersnz@gmail.com.

To keep in touch, you can follow us on Instagram @menopause.matters.nz.

To raise awareness of menopause/ruahinetanga in your workplace or community you can print the A4 posters from here: https://www.menopause.org.au/health-info/infographics.

Our job is going to be building on this success and campaigning for a pro-active education programme to reach women before perimenopause.

Thanks again for your amazing support for our campaign to make menopause matter. We couldn’t have done it without you.

We've already sent posters to 600+ practices in Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Horowhenua, Kāpiti, Wairarapa, Wellington and Canterbury.

On Saturday 1 March, Susie Ferguson from Radio New Zealand talked to Sarah Connor about our awareness campaign. You can listen here: https://www.rnz.co.nz/national/programmes/saturday/audio/2018976995/menopause-advocate-calls-for-awareness

Any donations received beyond our goal ($5,144) will go towards the cost of printing and envelopes as we get ready to send posters to other parts of the country.

Thanks to you and 110 other donors we have raised enough money to send posters about menopause/ruahinetanga to 657 of the 1,000 GP practices/medical centres across NZ 🙌

To help us get the whole country covered, we’d love you to keep sharing our Givealittle page with friends, family, workmates and any groups/networks you’re part of.

Our fundraising campaign is running International Women’s Day on Saturday 8 March so 9 days to go!

    Thank you!

We have been blown away by the momentum and success of our campaign one week before our deadline. You have made it possible for us to reach all AKL and Wgtn GP practices/medical centres. Now if we work together by doubling our original $2572 goal we can reach every practice in every region in the country! Let's keep making menopause matter NZ. Please share our Givealittle page with your networks to make this important campaign an even bigger success.

Hi everyone your donations have been incredible so far - up to $1742!! We are very close to hitting our first goal for Auckland and Wellington clinics. If we make over our first limit we will expand the target to another region in NZ. Please share to your work, friends and family chats and spread the word. Make menopause matter in NZ!

Thanks for everyone's support! So far we can send posters to 248 GP practices in Auckland and Wellington. Please share our Givealittle page with friends and family to help us reach even more! Our goal is to reach 500 practices and begin a conversation to proactively educate people about menopause before it starts for them.
