Our aim is to help the people of Aoteoroa better understand the importance of mental health and mental wellbeing. Snap Fitness are going to help us achieve that goal by giving Kiwis the opportunity to use fitness as a way to combat the difficulties of life that are often associated with depression and anxiety.

The 28 Day Challenge is not only great way to get fit it’s also a great way to help get the message to our people that it’s okay to have an open conversation about mental health.
