$15 will purchase a care package (loo paper, shampoo, soap etc)for an inmate in a Meixcan prison who doesn't have family to look after them.

Every year Break Free Expeditions takes teams from NZ to Mexico to build homes for the poor. This year we go on October 7th. We've also started visiting a Tijuana prison to visit inmates who don't get visitors. Prison social workers will select 80-100 inmates and our team will spend a couple of hours with them visiting. We will also gift them a personal care package of $15 of hygiene products including soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, deodorant etc. These are so appreciated by the inmates. Thanks for showing these inmates that you care about them.

Use of funds

Funds raised will be used to buy 80-100 personal hygiene packs for prisoners. Packs include toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant etc.

Thanks so much for your generous donations. We were able to buy 200 care packs and deliver them to both men and women in a Mexican prision during October 2017.
