Michelle -Fundraising to fulfil my dream in Disneyland Paris

Hi, my name is Michelle, I am 13 years old. I have been chosen as "The Face of New Zealand Junior 2019" to go to London and Disneyland Paris for Face of Europe & the World pageant competition.

Face of Europe & The World is a beauty Pageant with a purpose, it encourages all the contestants to help support a very worthy cause, Headway East Kent Brain Injury Support (Charity No. 1103215) and Pilgrims Hospice palliative care for Cancer patients. The Headway's brain injury charity support those have a medical trauma and those have suffered a serious head injury in an accident and help their family and carers as well.

I have also chosen StarJam as my New Zealand Charity to support. StarJam unleashes the potential of young New Zealanders with disabilities through the magic of music, dance and performance. I have a special connection to StarJam as my brother Michael attends a StarJam workshop every week and he loves it!

I entered this unique pageant to represent New Zealand as an ambassador for my country. Your generous support will greatly build my confidence to understand that those less fortunate are a very important part of society and what I am doing has meaning and worth!

My mission is to promote the positivity of Beauty with a Purpose and the Charity Pageant concept; where young women of the world are empowered with the shared aim of improving the quality of life for those unable to do so for themselves.
