Help! We are an animal sanctuary with over 40 animals residing on a rented farm, we need to move, there are only two humans to do everything and one of them has just had a terrible accident.
We went to a property viewing last Thursday and my mum slipped over on plastic and broke her femur and wrist.
Miraculously they are going to repair her knee which was badly impacted by her autoimmune condition and could hardly bend so once recovered my mum will be better than she has been for years. Being the sort of person not to complain, would never have had her knee fixed otherwise, so it really is a miracle.
But this has also left me with an overwhelming workload and soon rehabilitation for my mum and don’t know how to do a house move with 40 plus beings by myself so I’m asking for help
Our landlord is not interested in making the house conform with Healthy Homes Standards so we have to move more urgently than ever because it will impact on mum’s healing with no heating over winter
We have very high rental costs and animal costs and no money left over for emergencies so trying to raise funds for my mum’s rehabilitation, and moving costs to make things easier for me to move an entire sanctuary of animals but might include buying extra heating if we can’t find somewhere suitable to move before winter
Moving is difficult for everyone, particularly people with disability and rescued animals, hoping to do it once in several years and make it as stress free as possible
Moving costs and my mum’s rehabilitation
