Help Misha get to the Tae Kwon-Do World Cup in Slovenia!
Nelson / Tasman
Misha is a year 13 student at Garin College who has been training in Taekwon-Do since 2015, and has attended many courses, camps and seminars in the South Island. As a Black Belt, he has responsibilities to support and teach coloured belt students, as well as increasing his own skill level. He competed at the Wellington Regional tournament in June 2022 and won one gold and two silvers. He will also be competing at the National Taekwon-Do tournament in August, and the South Island Regionals later in the year. These are all stepping stones towards competing at the World Cup in Slovenia in October 2022.
Outside of Taekwon-Do, Misha is active in volleyball and high jump, competing at a national level in both sports this year.
As Misha's father I'm assisting him with his fundraising efforts.
Regional and national training events, national and international transport, food and accomodation in Slovenia, passport and entry fees.
Next Big Step! 24 January 2023
