Canterbury

Miss Lilly’s Angels are currently in the process of setting up Charitable Trust to provide support to the people of Canterbury and their families, as well as easing their financial burden in times of need.

Our angels come from all walks of life, from all over New Zealand and around the world. By donating to Miss Lilly’s Angels, you too become an angel, helping us to:

Provide support and random acts of kindness to individuals within the Canterbury community by:

Arranging for the preparation and delivery of food packages

Donating basic life essentials

Establishing and operating a distribution and delivering network of parcels and people to the communities in need

Provide gifts and donations for comfort for the elderly, sick, poverty stricken people and any other individual within the Canterbury community, by providing Christmas gifts, vouchers or goods to people within the community in times of need

Promote programs for our children and other people within the Canterbury community, in the interests of the people within this community, regardless of their religion, race, sex or any other defining characteristic

Assist with providing recreation or leisure activities and accommodation for the people within the Canterbury community

Come on, baby! If we all GIVEALITTLE, together we can help a lot!

Miss Lilly's Angels Trust's involvement (page creator)

Miss Lilly’s Angels Trust was established on Tuesday 22 November 2016 as a direct result of the series of North Canterbury earthquakes which commenced on Monday 11 November 2016. We are currently waiting on the paperwork to go through IRD.

Established by Larina Tiffen, the owner and operator of Miss Lilly’s Boutique Catering, and her husband Kristian Fuller, the Miss Lilly’s Angels Trust will provide immediate relief to the people of Canterbury and New Zealand who are facing crisis situations.

Larina is originally from St Andrews, a small town south of Timaru. She has worked in supermarkets, restaurants and was an art gallery owner before she trained as a counsellor. Specialising in trauma counselling, Larina was on hand to donate her counselling skills after the 2011 Canterbury earthquakes at the Civil Defence Headquarters in Timaru. She has also worked with people in need of alcohol and drug counselling, victims of violence and worked for Women’s Refuge and Victim Support.

After meeting her husband Kristian Fuller, she moved to Christchurch to work at Odyssey House working with youth in regards to trauma and abuse. The 2011 earthquakes were a significant event for Larina as they helped her make the decision to create Miss Lilly’s Boutique Catering, believing that after all her service to others, it was time to heal herself.

Larina is married to Kristian Fuller and together they have a 19-month-old son named Thomas. She works full time for her business, as well as operating her new charitable trust, Miss Lilly’s Angels Trust.
