Assistance to purchase mobile oxygen concentrator for my wife.

At the age of 56 my wife was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension resulting in her being connected to an oxygen concentrator for16 to 18 hours a day.This keeps her resticted to the house by a 20 meter plastic airhose. There are portable oxgen concentrators weighing 2kg available but being a73yr old govt pensioner find it out of my reach to afford one, they cost about 5.500 dollars.On top of all this she has been a Vasculitis as well as RH sufferer for many years Any help will be greatly appreciated.
