Mobility Scooter will change his life!

Hi all

Firstly a MASSIVE thank you to all the donors who have so kindly and generously contributed towards Kevin's mobility scooter.

The good news is... with just a little more help, we're going to get there!! WOOHOO.  Come on - we can do this!!

Just an update:-  Aunty Dorothy and Uncle Alan have kindly rented him a scooter for 4 days, so that he can get a feel for it, go for a spin and make sure he likes it.

It arrived at 10am this morning, and he was super excited to be able to zoom around the block, and enjoy some freedom and fresh air... after being immobile and housebound for over 7/12 years.  He just can't stop smiling.

Please note, this is NOT his new scooter yet - just a rented one for a few days....  We're still $3k short.

The total On-Road cost for a quality brand new scooter, that will give him up to 55km distance a day, has an extended warranty, robust battery... and his independence back, is $6,500.  This means we're just $3,360 short.

A number of people have said they want to contribute but not sure how, or they're struggling with the technology, or they're overseas.
