Help Brendan and Julia maintain their Independence with a wheelchair van

We are trying to raise money to fund a mobility van so me and my wife can maintain our independence both me and Julia have disabilities. I have Becker Muscular Dystrophy, and Julia has Multiple Sclerosis. we are both in wheelchairs i use a manual wheelchair and Julia uses an electric wheelchair. the van would be used to get me and Julia to and from the doctors and other medical apointments. i also work part time but ill have to stop working if i do not have the right van go get me to and from work. I wish i did not have to ask for help but i have exhausted all other options.
