Many women give birth on the floor with little or no supplies to help the birth be a dignified experience. We would like to help change this

Malende Rural health Centre is situated in Central Africa, Zambia. Currently local women attending the rural Health centre to give birth do so with limited resources, on the floor.

To improve these women's experience and improve the health and wellbeing of both mother and infant at this time appropriate equipment is required.

Catherine Hachisaala's involvement (page creator)

I am involved as this project as this is the place of my birth and I have strong connections with this area.

I have worked as a midwife in Zambia so I am aware of the high level of needs.

Use of funds
