Bridgette’s Kidney transplant

  • I am still waiting :-(

    I am on the deceased donor list , so could get the call anytime, was so disappointing I had the flu the last time I got the call so it could not go ahead and have the operation. Let’s hope I’ll get another call soon .

    In the meantime I have a bank account especially for funds for my transplant so money to help with my costs and food expenses while i will be away from home for 6 weeks.

    Thank you for your help, every cent matters. :-)

    So hopefully it won’t be too much longer :-)

    Focusing on keeping away from sick people at the moment, even avoiding my grand kids which is hard, as so many colds going around.

    I haven’t seen my cute little grandson in over a week now and I’m missing the mischief wee fella, but he had a runny nose. It’s so hard isolating myself but it will be worth it.

    But because I’m just getting over the flu I wasn’t able to take it :-(

    I came so close!

    Better luck next time. I’ll have to keep away from sick people and kids with colds in the meantime. So I am ready for when I get the call again.
