Failed Leaky Building Repair Scheme leaves Desperate Mount Wellington Home Owners Fighting for Justice

Mountain Road Owners are currently caught up in one of New Zealands most expensive, mismanaged Weathertightness repair schemes and need help to raise the money required to fund their legal fight for Justice.

The entire repair scheme has been so badly mismanaged with most of the work having to be re done at the Owners expense because of the incompetence of the so called Industry professionals involved in the project that all Owners are now being forced to sell their homes at a loss and most Owners forced into bankruptcy. Until now Owners have not had a voice to stand up and fight against what can only be classed as corporate bullying and total misappropriation of Owners funds.

Unfortunately this is not an isolated case, however it is a case where most Owners have been left in such dire financial circumstances that they need help to fund a legal fight.
