Move out of tiny town for more opportunities

Hi there. My name is Huria Madani.

I have for a long time been struggling with anxiety and depression.

Three years ago I was thrown out of the house I was living in, in Auckland. I had nowhere else to go and so a friend in Turangi let me stay at hers, I did not yet have the means to leave this tiny town so I was subsequently forced to take a rental house in Turangi.

For the last 3 years my depression has gone from bad to worse. The opportunities here are limited to almost nothing and my skills are not useful here.

I feel iscolated, alone, and without hope for the future as long as I stay here.

That's where you lovely people come in, i would like to fundraise to move away to palmeston north, I already have about $800 towards the big move which was donated to me by a friend on facebook. But I need a bit more to cover bond + the cost of a moving truck.

I must leave this place as I fear the worst for my mental health.

If you can donate, every little bit helps, hopefully I can make a good life for myself in a bigger city with more opportunities.

If the total goes over my goal amount it will go on food and furnishings as I currently have very little furniture.
