We are Malcolm, Ray, Rachael, Michelle, Marilyn, Jenny, Nick, Tina, Alyson and Steve - a group of friends brought together through having Multiple Sclerosis. We started with 2 and now we are 10. We meet weekly, keep in touch daily and are genuinely there for each other when the going gets tough.

Last year we challenged ourselves by having a couple of days away with no helpers, partners or props, just ourselves each other and our desire to live a little with MS. With your support we would love to do it again this year!
