My Best Friend Oakley

Oakley, our amazing cavalier lowchen, has gone through the worst imaginable accident for a parent/owner this Wednesday. He has horribly kicked by a cruel man and this ruptured his full bladder which leaked into his abdomen and causes so much pain to his pure little face. The vet drained this and if they didn’t that would’ve affected his heart in a life threatening way due to too much potassium. Oakley is on oxygen support and awaiting surgery to fix his bladder tomorrow. He’s never been away from me in his 5 years of life. I can’t bear to see him in such pain. The goal of $20000 is for the surgery, scans and post operative care as well as the oxygen support to keep him going and the current care he’s been given. The quotes don’t include the aftercare of which we’ve not been quoted on yet but have been told he requires afterwards. If we don’t meet this goal we are still most grateful for what is received and it will go towards the bills regardless. We appreciate all who read and help in what ever way they can for our Oakley.

He always brings so much joy, smiles and happiness to everyone he passes by. He’s the best thing that ever came into my life.
