MY CAT IS VERY SICK, I'M BEGGING FOR YOUR HELP

Three years ago I bought a Ragdoll kitten off what I thought was a reputable breeder. When I got Toddy home I saw his skin was black right down his spine. When I checked his fur he was riddled with fleas. I tried everything and eventually the only thing that worked was an $80.00 flea collar that lasts 6 months, great I thought, I have finally fixed the problem but Toddy's flea allergy was the least of his problems.

His gums started to get infected so I took him to the vet and I was told he had an overshot jaw which was causing a lot of his problems. Since then he has had four operations on his mouth, the last one being only three months ago which didn't go well as he nearly died under anesthetic. Since his operation he has not been well and I still owe the vets just over $800.00.

I have spent over $3,000 on vet bills and I have no more spare cash to pay the vet the money I owe them so I can get Toddy some more help.

His skin has now become infected and he needs antibiotics. I managed to find some money to at least pay for him two weeks ago to have an antibiotic injection but he needs another injection that lasts another two weeks and I can't afford it.

This little cat has a heart of gold. Some people have told me to just put him down as if his life doesn't matter. If I take him to the SPCA and surrender him so he can get the vet care he needs even though it would kill me to say goodbye to him, I have been told, because of his ongoing need for vet care, the SPCA will most probably put him down.

I feel so helpless and I am begging people to help me pay Toddy's vet's bill off and a little extra so I can get some help to pay for his medical treatment he needs so desperately.

I don't know where else to turn, please please help.

I curse these people that breed animals just to make money and don't care if the animals they are producing will have long term medical problems, just like poor little Toddy. He deserved for a breeder to care about what his life was going to be like instead of caring about how much money they could sell him for.
