I am an overseas Filipino worker who works as a Plumber at Christchurch, New Zealand to support my family who lives in the Philippines. Chariz Anne Tantay is my 15-year old youngest daughter who was diagnosed of Intra Pulmonary Lymphoma Stage III/ Non Hodgkin Lymphoma T-cell Type last July 2016. She underwent chemo-therapy sessions for a year and stopped last Nov 2017.

My family wanted to raise money to help her continue with the chemo-therapy sessions as the mass in her lungs is increasing and she is in critical condition.
